This role may involve overseeing multiple high-profile projects simultaneously, utilizing Agile methodologies in a dynamic environment that spans various business sectors.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Define the project scope and timeline, ensuring timely delivery of value; facilitate and lead project status meetings; prepare and share progress reports; manage risks and challenges; address deviations from plans; and conduct delivery planning for assigned projects.


2. Support team development by holding members accountable for their commitments, eliminating obstacles to their work, and leveraging organizational resources to enhance project capacity.


3. Develop comprehensive Project Plans that align with client timelines, project budgets, and team resource allocations.


4. Assist the Project Owner in managing client expectations regarding project deliverables, maintaining stakeholder communications, and establishing an effective project governance framework.


5. Establish and oversee a clearly defined project management process while advocating for continuous improvement initiatives to adopt best practices in Agile Project Management.


6. Foster team empowerment, ensuring that every member is actively engaged in the project and contributing meaningfully, while promoting a sustainable work pace with high-quality outcomes.


7. Manage alterations to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification methods.


8. Evaluate project performance through the application of suitable tools and techniques.
