Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Release Train Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating and facilitating the Agile Release Train (ART) to ensure alignment, prioritization, and value delivery across different Agile teams. They will be responsible for program increment (PI) planning, coordination, and execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and processes, as well as experience with SAFe Scaled Agile and Scrum. They will also have excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders. Additionally, they will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to detect and solve concerns as soon as possible. The successful candidate will be a servant leader, supporting and guiding teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners. They will also have a strong understanding of metrics and reporting, with the ability to track and report on the ART's progress. Finally, they will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to build a culture of continuous improvement as an Agile champion.

Key Responsibilities:
