Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Role at ZoomCare

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Medical Sonographer to join our team at ZoomCare. As a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing diagnostic medical sonography services and its various clinical specialties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical imaging and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing exam rooms and ultrasound equipment, using proper patient positioning tools and devices, and acquiring additional ultrasound imaging as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic medical sonography services and its various clinical specialties
  • Prepare exam rooms and ultrasound equipment
  • Use proper patient positioning tools and devices
  • Acquire additional ultrasound imaging as needed
  • Refer specific diagnostic, treatment or prognosis questions to the appropriate physicians or healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer in Abdomen (ARDMS ABD)
  • Willingness to obtain OB/GYN registry (ARDMS OB/GYN) within 12 months of hire
  • Proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for documentation activities and report generation
