Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team in New London, CT. As a key member of our Nuclear Power Group Department, you will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical systems for power plants. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of these systems.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical design and development for power plants
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including pumps, turbines, and heat exchangers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
