Job Highlights- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Lotus vehicles to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Diagnose and estimate vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, and air conditioning systems.
- Test the functionality of parts and systems to ensure they meet dealership standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while maintaining a professional appearance.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred.
- A working knowledge of shop equipment, such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment, etc.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented, strong work ethic, and good references.
- The ability to maintain our high level of customer service.
- In-house training and factory online training.
- Advancement opportunities from entry-level to a Master Mechanic.
- Tool programs available to assist in purchasing your own tools.
- State-of-the-art equipment and consistent business demands.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
