Key Responsibilities- Maintain and monitor effective quality programs to guarantee safe and efficacious laboratory testing.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure good laboratory practices and good manufacturing practices.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure seamless testing and quality control processes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in point-of-care testing.
- Bachelor's degree in medical technology or a related biological medical science.
- Minimum of two years of experience in laboratory testing.
- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Access, Excel, and Microsoft applications.
- Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) or National Certification Agency (NCA) or equivalent.
