We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housing Choice Voucher Program Director to lead our team at System One. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, ensuring its successful implementation and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective program operations
  • Provide oversight and guidance on program operations, resources, and metrics
  • Develop and implement a reporting structure to track program progress and metrics
  • Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, SFHA's Administrative Plan, and contractual obligations
  • Provide excellent customer service to SFHA program participants
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate program operations, including reporting deliverables
  • Lead and oversee a team of professionals to ensure program success
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of HCV PBV program operations, including intake, waitlist management, inspections, and data analytics
  • Awareness of federal, state, and local regulations governing HCV PBV program management
  • Ability to analyze situations and determine effective solutions
  • Master's Degree preferred; Bachelor's Degree required in a related field
  • Three years of experience in public, social, or human services management
  • Knowledge of public sector housing authority programs
