  • Efficiently route and manage a dynamic schedule, adapting to changing priorities and locations.
Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills: Troubleshooting, Ticketing, Break-Fix, IMAC.
  • Hands-on hardware repair experience, with a focus on break-fix solutions.
  • A+ certification is beneficial but not required. Lexmark certification and experience preferred.
  • Experience with laser printer break-fix and equipment installs is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HP, Dell, and Lenovo products is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Driving and Location:
  • Extensive driving required, with potential for longer distances.
  • Mileage is compensated.
