We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Leasing Specialist to join our dynamic Apartment Community team. As a Leasing Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospective clients in both English and Spanish, providing them with detailed information about our community's amenities and services.
  • Take thorough notes and record specific requirements and preferences of prospects for their future residences.
  • Regularly update the Property Manager on prospect interactions and provide a list of tasks to be completed.
  • Stay informed about special promotions and offers, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is relayed to prospects.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the office.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Detail-oriented with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
