The Neurology department presents an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Senior Clinical Program Manager at UHealth. This role involves overseeing the Cognitive division and managing the logistics of Lecanemab (Leqembi) drug infusions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:
  • Establishing and managing patient schedules, ensuring the acquisition of essential patient care and records.
  • Entering data into the CMS National Patient Registry while ensuring compliance with departmental, university, and federal regulations.
  • Coordinating and scheduling all Lecanemab (Leqembi) drug infusions across various service locations.
  • Arranging all related MRI and PET scans at UM and proactively addressing infusion cancellations or rescheduling needs.
  • Communicating the medical schedule in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Triage and respond to patient inquiries via UChart regarding infusions.
  • Collecting, reviewing, and maintaining patient demographics, insurance details, and referral numbers.
  • Ensuring clinical records are complete, including necessary authorizations and signatures.
  • Maintaining records and compiling statistics for administrative, quality assurance, and safety purposes.
  • Acting as a liaison for patients, invoices, databases, and reports.
  • Preparing and presenting reports summarizing infusion and testing data.
  • Creating and organizing data for analysis.
  • Documenting and specifying data analysis processes.
  • Building cooperative relationships with patients and families to foster a positive environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Attitudes:
  • Effective communication skills in both oral and written forms.
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Capability to comprehend and follow instructions.
  • Relevant education, certifications, and/or work experience may be considered.
