**Job Overview:**
A leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services is seeking a highly experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee the development and implementation of ABA programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Responsibilities:

  • New Client Evaluation and Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify individualized goals and objectives for each client.
  • Behavior Assessments and Treatment Planning: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate ABA principles and strategies.
  • Team Supervision and Mentorship: Lead and guide a team of Behavior Technicians/RBTs in delivering high-quality services.
  • Quarterly Coaching Sessions: Provide regular coaching and feedback to ensure team members meet performance expectations.
  • Performance Evaluations: Prepare and review quarterly evaluations for team members, including recommendations for advancement or changes in status.
  • Staff Training: Design and deliver training sessions on ABA best practices and procedures.
  • Patient Notes and Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized patient records, data, and reports.
  • Cancellations and Family Training: Minimize cancellations and provide family training on implementing treatment plans.
  • Team Meetings and Workshops: Participate in regular team meetings and training workshops to stay updated on industry developments.


Requirements:

  • BCBA Certification: Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
  • Licensure: Hold applicable state licensure (PA LBA).
  • Experience: Proven experience working in-center and developing ABA programs.
  • Supervisory Experience: Experience supervising paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills.
