We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team at the Comprehensive Learning Center (CLC) in Warminster, PA.

About Us

The CLC is a private school for individuals with autism, providing instruction and intervention based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Our mission is to help each student maximize their potential in all areas of life.

Job Summary

The Behavioral Therapist will work 37 hours per week during the 180-day school year and 29 days during the summer session. The role involves delivering state-of-the-art intervention to students either one-to-one or in small groups, based on the science of ABA. As part of a collaborative team, the successful candidate will receive continuous hands-on training from an experienced Trainer.

Responsibilities

  • Implement educational and behavioral programming for students with autism based on ABA principles
  • Collect daily data for one or more students
  • Prepare instructional materials
  • Contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; specialization in psychology, education, special education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum one-year experience providing ABA-based services to individuals with autism

Work Environment
