Expert ABA Therapist Needed for Autism Program

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually including bonuses

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Ascend Autism Group in Warminster, PA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising a team of Behavior Techs/RBTs. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Techs/RBTs to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies
  • Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions, focusing on center-based services
  • Prepare and facilitate training sessions for staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to implement treatment plans effectively
  • Oversee patient notes, data, and reports to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Minimize session cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients and their families
  • Train family members/guardians on implementing treatment plans, empowering them to support their loved ones
  • Participate in team meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices and company policies

Requirements:

  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
  • Applicable state licensure (PA LBA)
  • Experience working in-center and developing ABA programs
  • Supervisory experience with paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent administrative abilities
