Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist

Salary: $85,000-$90,000 annually including bonuses
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Ascend Autism Group in Warminster, PA. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising a team of Behavior Techs/RBTs. Your primary goal will be to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor a team of Behavior Techs/RBTs to ensure quality care and adherence to company policies
- Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis therapy sessions, focusing on center-based services
- Prepare and facilitate training sessions for staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills to implement treatment plans effectively
- Oversee patient notes, data, and reports to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Minimize session cancellations by maintaining effective communication with clients and their families
- Train family members/guardians on implementing treatment plans, empowering them to support their loved ones
- Participate in team meetings and workshops to stay updated on best practices and company policies

Requirements:
- Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
- Applicable state licensure (PA LBA)
- Experience working in-center and developing ABA programs
- Supervisory experience with paraprofessionals implementing ABA-based treatment programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent administrative abilities
