Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operations of the Admissions Department.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department to analyze market demands and implement effective marketing strategies. Engage in marketing initiatives such as creating parent testimonial videos and assisting in the production of promotional materials.
  • Develop outreach strategies to enhance community awareness and drive enrollment growth.
  • Act as the institution's representative to local organizations, businesses, and educational institutions, fostering partnerships.
  • Design and participate in programs for prospective families to showcase the institution's offerings, involving students, educators, and parents in promotional activities.
  • Work alongside the Activities Director to promote summer programs.
  • Build relationships with potential clients through events aimed at achieving business objectives.
  • Maintain strong connections with key personnel and collaborate with other campuses, providing support through training and coverage.
  • Establish procedures for new student admissions, including assessment involvement.
  • Keep detailed statistical records of inquiries, campus visits, applications, and acceptances, preparing regular reports for administration and managing enrollment forecasts.
  • Oversee the Financial Aid Program, including communication with families about the process and reviewing applications to recommend awards.
  • Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures set by the Administration.
  • Organize events for both prospective and current families.
  • Encourage positive reviews from parents on various platforms.
  • Engage in initiatives aimed at re-enrollment across the institution.
