Noble Casing Inc is seeking a highly skilled Rathole Tech with Class A CDL to join our team. As a Rathole Tech with Class A CDL, you will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and assisting with various duties as assigned by the Rathole Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities- Operate drilling equipment and other heavy machinery as required.
- Assist with mobilizing equipment and loads that require a Class A CDL.
- Perform maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work area as directed.
- Ensure the quality of work performed and personal safety.
- Perform rig relocation and follow established procedures from site to site.
- Wear required personal protective equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Report to and receive assignments, instructions, and direction from Dispatcher/Supervisor.
- Read and interpret instructions and documentation and plan work activities.
- Drive truck to destination.
- Prepare receipts/paperwork for load picked up.
- Collect appropriate paperwork and/or signatures for goods delivered and for delivery charges.
- Maintain truck log, according to state and federal regulations.
- Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor and/or dispatcher to receive delivery instructions.
- Load and unload truck.
- Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
- Perform emergency roadside repairs such as changing tires, installing light bulbs, tire chains, and spark plugs.
- Position blocks and ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit.
- Operate company vehicles with capacity of up to 105,500 pounds to move materials, tools, and equipment to and from work locations in support of construction and maintenance activities and/or deliver operating materials and supplies from one location to another.
- Observe and follow all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment, and assists during the operation of equipment at job site.
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long workdays, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
- Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Basic computer skills required to use internal ERP System.
- CDL License and satisfactory driving record with no driving violations including DWI/DUI convictions currently or in the past three years.

Driver Criteria:
This is our preferred guideline for insured drivers. Individual exceptions may be considered to some degree.
Requiring Driver Exclusions:
•One or more Type A Violation(s) in a 60 month period
•Two or more Type B Violation(s) in a 36 month period
•Three or more Type C Violation(s) in a 36 month period
•One Type B and two Type C Violations in a 36 month period
Type of Violations Defined:
•Type A: Includes but not limited to, DWI, DUI, OUI, refusing a substance test and charges of reckless driving, manslaughter, hit & run, eluding police, any felony, drag racing, having or driving with a suspended license.
•Type B: Includes all vehicle accidents regardless of fault.
•Type C: Includes all moving violations not in Types A or B such as; speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running stop lights or signs.
•Type D: Included non-moving violations such as illegal parking, equipment violations, obstructing traffic, failure to display registration or driver's license.
