We are seeking a highly skilled Crane Operator with CDL to join our team at Lufkin US Acquisition Company LLC. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating mobile cranes to lift, move, and position loads in the field.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy equipment operation, with experience in oil field repair and maintenance. You will be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and performing operator-level maintenance on equipment, as well as providing leadership and mentoring to crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate cranes 50-tons or more in a safe and effective manner
  • Inspect, clean, and perform operator-level maintenance on equipment
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to crew members
  • Perform daily safety checks to ensure equipment is in safe operating condition
  • Follow related safety regulations, contract requirements, company policies, and operating procedures

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
  • Active and current CDL (Open to class type)
  • NCCCO Certified
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about maintaining employee health and safety
