Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service through both phone and in-person interactions.
- Address or escalate customer inquiries and/or complaints as necessary.
- Process transactions at the counter.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Handle payments and maintain customer accounts.
- Assist with light collections or manage billing inquiries as assigned.
- Exhibit strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide solutions to gas and/or water service inquiries from customers.
- Ensure service requests align with the scope of work performed by the company.
- Manage and oversee parts inventory.

- Uphold professionalism, integrity, security, image, and confidentiality of information and records as required by the role.
- Participate in all safety meetings, training, and/or in-services.

Experience/Education:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
