Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain our contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist legal counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents, policies, and procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between departments, providing compliance support and guidance as needed.
  • Conduct research and analysis of statutes, contracts, and other regulatory documents, providing written summaries and recommendations.
  • Support day-to-day compliance matters, including policy questions and expense monitoring.
  • Maintain and develop compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Support compliance training programs, including content creation, trainee enrollment, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
  • Conduct and manage compliance investigations, as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years' experience as a legal or compliance professional, with a focus on healthcare compliance.
  • Working knowledge of federal healthcare program laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, and CMS regulations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
