Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain our contract database, ensuring all contracts are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Assist legal counsel in drafting and reviewing legal documents, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, providing compliance support and guidance as needed.
- Conduct research and analysis of statutes, contracts, and other regulatory documents, providing written summaries and recommendations.
- Support day-to-day compliance matters, including policy questions and expense monitoring.
- Maintain and develop compliance policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance training programs, including content creation, trainee enrollment, delivery, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct and manage compliance investigations, as needed.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
- 3+ years' experience as a legal or compliance professional, with a focus on healthcare compliance.
- Working knowledge of federal healthcare program laws, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, False Claims Act, and CMS regulations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and perform multiple job functions.
- Strong healthcare, legal, and regulatory competence.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, personal integrity, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to successfully manage conflict.
