About the Job

As a member of the Technical Infrastructure team at Google, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining the architecture that keeps our users' online experiences running smoothly. This includes developing and maintaining our data centers, building the next generation of Google platforms, and ensuring our networks are up and running to provide the best possible experience for our users.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute the verification of complex digital design blocks, working closely with design engineers to identify important verification scenarios.
  • Create constrained-random verification environments using SystemVerilog and Universal Verification Methodology (UVM).
  • Identify and write coverage measures for stimulus and corner-cases, and debug tests with design engineers to deliver correct design blocks.
  • Closely monitor coverage measures to identify verification holes and track progress towards tape-out.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with industry-standard tools, languages, and methodologies relevant to the development of silicon-based ICs and chips.
  • Experience with SystemVerilog, including SystemVerilog Assertions and functional coverage.
  • Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in design verification.

We offer a competitive salary range of $127,000-$187,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
