Key Responsibilities
  • Servicing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and air conditioning units.
  • Exhibiting strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Installing, replacing, or repairing components such as fans, motors, thermostats, fuses, filters, valves, and controls.
  • Interpreting technical manuals and identifying maintenance risks.
  • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
  • Responding to service requests and performing necessary repairs.
  • Maintaining accurate records of time, labor, and materials.
  • Documenting tasks performed and generating reports as required.
  • Understanding and ensuring indoor air quality standards.
  • Holding a valid driver's license and maintaining an insurable driving record.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • EPA Type II Certification (Universal preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred EL06A (electrical license or training card).

Customer Service Skills

Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide excellent communication to ensure client comfort.


Compensation

This is a full-time position offering competitive pay ranging from $30 to $50+ based on experience, with performance-based compensation opportunities.
