Job Title: Nail Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nail Technician to join our team at the Woodmark Hotel & Still Spa. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hand and foot treatments to our guests, ensuring a luxurious and relaxing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer hand and foot treatments, including manicures, pedicures, and nail repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA standards and hotel protocols
  • Upsell spa services and amenities to guests, promoting a luxurious experience
  • Collaborate with other spa professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Valid Washington cosmetology license to perform nail care
  • At least one year of experience in a similar setting, preferably in a luxury spa environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work well under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements
