Job Description

As a Merchandise Coordinator at Woongjin, INC., you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating the placement of offers and promotional messaging on our company website. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the execution of online merchandising strategies to optimize the customer experience and increase sales, improve conversion rates, and decrease bounce rates.
  • Managing multiple tasks with varying deadlines and priorities, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and analytics departments, to ensure seamless execution of site offers.
  • Attending daily promotional calls to discuss and coordinate with ops teams and category management teams.
  • Accurately logging all upper funnel site placements and promotions, including sunrise and sunset dates.
  • Mapping analytical tagging to offer placement calendars, including variations and shifts in offers.
  • Verifying that staged and live content accurately reflects the latest promotional offers.
  • Relaying staged and live content to category and product managers for review.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or 4+ years of experience in site merchandising.
  • Experience with CMS-based e-commerce platforms.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA.
  • Understanding of digital creative and QA processes.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making skills, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior on websites.
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to support different time zones and launch hours.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical details in layman's terms.
