About the Role:The Development Coordinator will serve as the administrative assistant to the Director of Development and be responsible for coordinating fundraising events, managing donor data, and providing exceptional customer service to volunteers and donors.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage donor data and maintain accurate records
- Assist with the management of direct mail and marketing programs
- Provide exceptional customer service to volunteers and donors
- Coordinate volunteer recruitment and management
- Assist with event planning and execution
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records
- Up to two years of experience in an administrative capacity
- Experience with event coordination and volunteer management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
