About the Role

At SRC Inc, we're seeking a skilled Learning and Development Specialist to support our strategic plan to attract, engage, and retain top talent. This key position plays a vital role in our workplace training and development program, planning, creating, and delivering learning programs for staff and leaders in various roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of training classes, including scheduling, preparation, registration, attendance, and post-learning evaluation.
  • Administer learning tasks in our learning management system, including content management, registrar duties, and reporting.
  • Assist with budget preparation and management.
  • Facilitate meetings and communications with our Training Advisory Council.
  • Partner with stakeholders and vendors to develop and deliver training that meets company needs and supports employee career development.
  • Plan, design, coordinate, and evaluate competency-based education and training for individual contributors and frontline leaders.
  • Oversee new employee orientation programming for a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Support employee career development goals through counseling on career paths, role transitions, upskilling, and identifying growth opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in workplace training, including leadership-level coordination of learning solutions in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Microsoft Office and Zoom experience.
  • U.S. citizenship.
Preferred Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication and project management skills.
  • Creativity and collaborative orientation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in content development, design, and delivery for adult learners.
  • Familiarity with Saba Cornerstone Learning Management System.
  • Previous experience with career coaching and leadership development.
