Estimated Salary Range

$55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling service appointments, obtaining customer and vehicle data, greeting customers in a friendly manner, and providing accurate written cost estimates.


Responsibilities
  • Schedule service appointments efficiently and effectively.
  • Obtain customer and vehicle data prior to arrival whenever possible.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Prepare and present complete and accurate written cost estimates for labor and parts.
  • Monitor technician productivity and perform daily team meetings to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
  • Automotive service experience a plus but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Must pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, drug tests, and driving records.
