We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Claims Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer operations team, you will be responsible for managing claims from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage claims from beginning to completion, ensuring timely and accurate resolution for customers.
  • Review claims for proper backup, attachments, and accuracy, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IC, Shipper, and Carrier, to resolve claims and ensure seamless communication.
  • Work with carriers to obtain Proof of Deliveries for shipments and ensure accurate claims processing.
  • Partner with the Packaging & Damages team to generate and associate claims with customer claims, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution.
  • Provide guidance and support to CSR's on claims-related questions and issues.
  • Work with Chargebacks and Collections to resolve outstanding claims and short pays.
  • Manage the claims inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with customers and accounting teams.
  • Ensure all claims are up-to-date with current notes and status, and that customers are using the most current claim form and completing all required sections.
  • Forward credit memo information to customers once available from AR, if needed.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and ensure timely submission of claim packets for final review.
Requirements
  • SAP experience preferred.
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and excel in both individual and team environments.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to research, gather, and organize information thoroughly.
