Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Financial Systems Analyst. In this role, you will work on various projects related to MIT's financial operations, including time management, payroll, and distribution systems.

Responsibilities
Analyze business processes and develop solutions to improve financial operations; design and implement new systems; provide training and support to users; and work closely with business partners to understand their needs.

Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, accounting, or a related field is required. At least five years of experience in payroll or a related field is also required.

Compensation and Benefits
A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Estimated Salary: $98,000 per year.
