As a member of our team at Jonathan Phillips - State Farm Agent, you will have the opportunity to build and develop customer relationships, promote State Farm products, and explore the possibility of becoming a State Farm agent yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and follow-up.
• Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and promote State Farm products.
• Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, and develop a digital marketing system to promote the office.
• Identify customer needs, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
Benefits:
• Competitive salary plus commission/bonus structure.

• Signing bonus up to $2,000.
Requirements:
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving.
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers and experience in marketing.
• Current Property and Casualty license, and Life and Health license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
