Overview of the LPN Role

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in delivering nursing care to participants, adhering to the guidelines established in the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) plan. Qualifications:

  • Experience in geriatric care.
  • Proficient in building and sustaining interpersonal relationships.
