Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Charge Nurse to join our team at Advantage Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide and coordinate nursing care and health education for residents
  • Act as a coach and role model for nursing assistants, providing direction and best practices
  • Lead problem-solving on daily care concerns and ensure effective communication with residents and families
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and progress
Requirements
  • Current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) or licensed practical nurse (LPN)
  • Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
