Job DescriptionWe seek an energetic professional interested in developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services. With a focus on Property & Casualty and Life Insurance, you'll establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed.
Responsibilities:- Develop leads and schedule appointments to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
- Establish customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
- Hourly plus commission/bonus structure for a rewarding career with excellent income and growth potential.
- A valuable experience in the insurance industry.
- Flexible office hours to accommodate your schedule.
- Growth potential and opportunity for advancement within our agency.
- Bilingual in Spanish or Korean preferred.
- Sales experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- You must be self-motivated and able to effectively relate to customers.
- Property & Casualty license is required (must be able to obtain).
- Life & Health license is also required (must be able to obtain).
