Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide world-class customer service to our patients and customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Pharmacy Operations: Assist pharmacists in all responsibilities, except those that require the judgment of a licensed pharmacist, and ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our pharmacy operations.
  • Inventory Management: Count, measure, and prepare specific products according to relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to pharmacy functions, volume, and sales.
  • Quality Control: Perform post-fill audits to verify that prescription information matches computer records and ensure the quality of our products.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives, and provide support and assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous comparable experience preferred.
  • Certification: National Certification must be obtained within 21 months of date in job/position, if enrolled in the National Standards Training Program.
  • Training: Complete Company's training, including but not limited to: new hire orientation, customer service network, safety, and HT Pharmacy Technician Program.

  • Competitive Pay: Harris Teeter reasonably expects to pay between $16.00/hour and $19.00/hour for this role as a newly hired associate.
