Nurse Site Lead

At Cornell Scott-Hill Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse Site Lead to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Guide and supervise assigned nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in the delivery of patient care.
- Assume responsibility for the management of a selected caseload of patients as defined by the clinical practice area.
- Graduate from an accredited school with a current Registered Nurse Connecticut State Licensure.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a long-term care facility or rehabilitation center.
- Excellent Patient Management skills.
- Strongly motivated and able to accept supervision.
- Computer skills with the ability to learn EMR and EPIC medical records.
