Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Regional Sales Consultant with a strong team spirit and a proactive approach. This role involves managing a substantial client portfolio and regional territory, focusing on sales within the multifamily, industrial, and commercial sectors, while providing the best fire safety inspection services in the industry.

Sales Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in new business development, account growth, and client management.
  • Experience in overseeing a large territory and customer base is advantageous.
  • Background in the Fire Life Safety sector is preferred, including knowledge of Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and Fire Suppression systems.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in engaging with senior-level executives in Property Management within the Multifamily, Industrial, or Commercial sectors is preferred.
  • Residing in the Greater area is essential.


Sales Responsibilities:

Generate new sales and upsell fire protection inspection services to both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and monitoring of fire safety systems as mandated by relevant codes.
  • Manage tenant improvement projects, including Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, and Fire Suppression systems.
  • Address inspection corrections and oversee new construction projects.
