RN Supervisor

Your key responsibilities will include performing walking rounds to ensure nursing staff are providing the highest level of resident care, reviewing and adjusting nursing staffing to meet established PPD, and implementing a person-centered approach to care. You will also assist in resolving resident/family concerns and grievances, and lead investigations as needed.
In addition, you will review documentation in medical records to ensure compliance with regulations, nursing standards of practice, and Erickson policy.
