We are seeking a skilled RN Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Oak Crest Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality resident care in our Continuing Care Neighborhoods.

• Perform regular rounds to ensure nursing staff are providing excellent care and meet established standards
• Review and adjust staffing to ensure adequate support for residents and staff
• Implement a person-centered approach to care, focusing on resident strengths and comfort
• Assist in resolving resident and family concerns and grievances
• Lead investigations into incidents and complete supervisory reports as required

• Registered Nurse graduate from an accredited school, BSN preferred
• Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or hospital setting
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• Current CPR certification
