  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring a seamless experience for event planners and participants, aimed at fostering repeat and referral business.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from internal partners and external clients, ensuring clear and concise communication that reflects the standards of Concord Hospitality.
  • Oversee and manage all facets of pre-event, event, and post-event logistics: meticulously track, detail, and communicate specifics of each assigned event and group, including room allocations, meeting venues, special arrangements, group history, and other essential documentation.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings, pricing structures, and presentation styles, as well as the hotel's event spaces and audiovisual capabilities.
  • Exhibit outstanding time management, self-motivation, and organizational skills with a strong emphasis on detail.
  • Assume a supervisory role at the front desk, working up to two shifts weekly.
  • Complete necessary accounting logs and reports.
  • Manage hotel Accounts Receivable collections and maintain accurate records.

Salary range is $43,517-$54,395 based on experience.
