Job Description

Serenity Healthcare, a rapidly expanding organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as an Assistant Business Manager. With no prior experience required, this role offers a unique opportunity to launch a career in healthcare leadership.

This position involves running a practice while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals. As an Assistant Business Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences by promoting Serenity's treatment options, including TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) therapy and Ketamine Infusion therapy.

  • Develop effective strategies to overcome customer objections and promote Serenity's services.
  • Educate patients about TMS and Ketamine Infusion therapy, showcasing their benefits and success rates.
  • Create a positive environment for staff and patients, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Mentor and train various roles within the clinic, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • A high school degree or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience leading others in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
  • A strong desire to help others improve their lives.
  • The ability to connect with people and positively influence decisions.
