Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Care Specialist 2 (CCS2) to join our team. The CCS2 will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our combined healthcare and wellness center, providing exceptional patient care and experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Embodies the AHF core values of patient-centered care, employee value, respect for diversity, nimbleness, and fighting for what's right.
- Contributes to the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction.
- Provides medical assistant clinical functions, including phlebotomy, HIV/STD testing, and administrative duties, such as front office, processing patient referrals, and verifying insurance coverage.
- Participates in cross-functional rotations, promoting adaptability and collaboration with other AHF employees and departments.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Certified Phlebotomist (CP) certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.
