Position: Production Support Manager

  • Tracks and reports all incidents of production downtime.
  • Conducts proactive assessments on various elements affecting service availability and performance metrics.
  • Engages with relevant IT and business unit stakeholders.
  • This role necessitates extensive expertise in computer operations, monitoring, systems recovery, and production control processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Alternatively, equivalent professional experience is acceptable.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of experience in IT, including leadership of teams focused on production and operational support.

Scope of Work:

  • Mid-level management within data center operations.
  • Operates under the general guidance of senior management.
  • Typically supervises and mentors team leaders, project managers, and technical personnel.
  • Engages in multiple complex projects as a project leader and subject matter expert.
  • Regularly reports to senior IT executives such as the Chief Operating Officer or Director of Data Center Operations.
