Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this position, estimated at $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care using the nursing process, assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.

This role requires a strong foundation in critical care nursing, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an ICU setting. A current MA RN license and BLS certification are also required. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the ICU, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Assess patient needs, identify potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure clear understanding and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current MA RN license and BLS certification.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting.
  • ACLS certification is preferred.
