About the JobWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at an outpatient dialysis center. As a key member of our care team, you will provide essential care for patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Your role will involve building meaningful relationships with patients and their families while utilizing your nursing skills to develop unique treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N) or three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience preferred
