Position Summary
Topel Forman, a premier certified public accounting firm, is in search of a Director of Innovation to spearhead our strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative strategies that enhance our operational processes and elevate client services. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner, you will work closely with leadership and various teams to cultivate a culture of innovation and ongoing enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the formulation and oversight of innovative concepts that align with the firm's strategic objectives
- Build and nurture cross-departmental relationships to promote innovation and teamwork throughout the organization
- Partner with diverse teams to pinpoint areas for process improvement and service enhancement
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project development and outcomes
- Remain informed about industry trends and technological advancements for future enhancements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in process enhancement, project oversight, and strategic planning
- Expertise in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities
- Strong analytical skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional time management and adaptability skills
- A quick learner with outstanding communication capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or an advanced academic qualification
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) in professional services
- Experience within CPA or professional services environments
- PMP certification and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Understanding of the CCH Axcess Platform
