Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy in alignment with the company's business objectives.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of fintech solutions, ensuring they are secure, scalable, and user-friendly.

• Oversee the entire technology infrastructure, guaranteeing optimal performance, reliability, and security.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO and other executives to define product roadmaps and innovation strategies.

• Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the company's products and services.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards, implementing best practices in data protection and risk management.

• Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to enhance technological capabilities and support business growth.

• Prepare and present technology updates, progress reports, and strategic plans to the CEO and board of directors.

• Lead the technical due diligence for potential funding rounds and strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CTO or in a similar senior technology leadership role, ideally within the fintech or mobile solutions industry.

• Strong background in software development, mobile technologies, and cybersecurity.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a technical team in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving technological innovation.

• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, data protection standards, and industry best practices.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience with fundraising and investor relations is a plus.

• Passion for fintech and a commitment to leveraging technology to drive business success.
