Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Honor Bar Attendant to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences with the in-room honor bar, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of each honor bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate positive guest experiences with the in-room honor bar, responding to requests and communicating any issues with hotel management.
  • Inventory honor bar, in-room accessories, and promotional materials, replacing them as needed to maintain a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain awareness of product availability, expiration dates, and inventory levels to prevent stock-out situations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Prepare and push a restocking cart to the floors where rooms are ready to inventory, ensuring timely and efficient restocking.
  • Utilize software and handheld devices to record sales and take inventory, as appropriate, to maintain accurate records and optimize inventory management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience necessary, but a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
