Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Bar Attendant to join our team at Staybridge Suites. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, preparing daily breakfast items, and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast bar area.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet Guests with a Smile: Welcome guests with a friendly and sincere welcome, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Offer courteous and efficient service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Monitor and Maintain Breakfast Area: Continuously monitor the breakfast area to ensure it remains clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
  • Prepare Breakfast Items: Prepare daily breakfast items according to brand standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
  • Assist with Special Requests: Assist guests with special requests, such as food allergies or dietary restrictions.
  • Maintain Inventory: Perform inventory of food and service items, ordering supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked breakfast bar.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized breakfast bar area, adhering to brand standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Regular Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for this role, as you will be working varying schedules and holidays.
  • Teamwork: You will be working closely with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with guests and team members.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires frequent lifting, bending, and stooping, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
