- Plan lunches, dinners, and coordinate meetings for corporate officers and directors.
- Route sensitive correspondence and handle routine correspondence.
- Track unused airline tickets, rental car coupons, and company frequent flyer miles.
- Track spare cell phones and equipment and provide bill back information to accounting.
- Update company organization charts prior to promotions or employee reshuffling requests.
- Produce a variety of correspondence and reports as requested using office equipment and software.
- Interview vendors for hotel rates, car rentals, vending services, confidential shred services, caterers, and janitorial services.
- Review and arrange annual health screenings for employees.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- All candidates are welcome, regardless of experience.
- Admin or HR assistant experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 'O' levels.
