  • Produce a variety of correspondence and reports as requested using office equipment and software.
  • Interview vendors for hotel rates, car rentals, vending services, confidential shred services, caterers, and janitorial services.
  • Review and arrange annual health screenings for employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • All candidates are welcome, regardless of experience.
  • Admin or HR assistant experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 'O' levels.
