Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Outpatient Couples and Family Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with clients to evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service. Responsibilities- Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based interventions to promote positive change.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of therapists and support staff to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent client outcomes.
- Document client progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
- Masters degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.
- Clinical licensure or pre-licensure in MA.
- Experience working with couples, families, and children, with a focus on evidence-based interventions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Proficient in the use of electronic health records and other software applications.
