Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate with our dedicated team of professionals
- Implement creative interventions to help clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation following our company's guidelines
- Manage a minimum caseload of billable hours per week, ensuring timely and effective service delivery
- Coordinate services with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organizations
- Participate in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
- Other important tasks to support your role and contribute to the success of our organization
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
- Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, etc.)
- Experience with treatment plans and clinical case notes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish professional boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Experience working with diverse client populations
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
