Pediatric Care Specialist

At Arkansas Children's Hospital, we are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse II to join our team as a Pediatric Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to children and families in our General Pediatric Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect patient/family information to facilitate assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care

Provide safe and effective care for assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans of care

Participate in quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

Completion of an approved program per state's requirements

1 year of experience in a related field

Licensed Practical Nurse certification in Arkansas
